- All url redirections work locally, except for OpenStreetMap reverse geocoding, done via the [OSM Nomantim API](https://nominatim.org/release-docs/develop/api/Overview/)
- The Libredirect search engine icon displayed in Firefox at about:preferences#search and in the address bar is fetched from GitHub.
- By default, the list of instances if fetched from GitHub. Alternatively, it may be fetched from Codeberg or not at all.
