That is essential for tests, as we cannot start the server and _then_
manually adjust the DNS settings.
But also for general usage, using pre-generated keys is kinda nice, as
we don't need to remember to update the DNS settings upon server
re-deploy.

That change also does two other things:
- soispha@vhack.eu now gets all the admin email
That is just so, because it avoids adding another
`all_admins` option, and we realistically don't get
these email either. So I think that is just easier.
- The acme creds are now generated via a `nginx.localhost`
That means, that something (i.e. nginx) is actually
responding, when you perform a GET request against the
email domain. That helps for the ACME http challenges.
No idea, how these worked before.

Using it via the alias is kinda sketchy, and not well supported.

That might make it easier in the future to merge different server
configs together (and thusly facilitate code-reuse.).

The sieve script directory is now below the `/var/lib/mail/vmail`
directory.

The server is already migrated, as such we should also try to apply this
update in the very near future.

Running two mail-servers on one system is a total /mess/. Both try to
bind to the same ports, the old stack consists of **5** different
systemd services whilst stalwart-mail's systemd service simply refuses
to stop, etc.
I'm confident that it can work, but it would probably be best to deploy
the new mail-server on server3.

We would need to set the `vmailUID` option to this value and even then
some parts of SNM would still hardcode the default of 5000.
Considering that we are in the process of phasing out SNM, this does not
seem to be a worthwhile endeavour.

We need to actually test stalwart out in the real world, because the
test can never actually capture all the weird things people do with
their mail setup.
