These need to be written in fish, so that they can work with the `.`
command.

That is already done via a rust code patch.

There was no real reason to still have `npins` around. I just kept it
because of historical reasons.

The nix fetched source, is a tarball, and as such has no git
information, that we could extract.
|

That means, that the devshells are only build once and centrally
updated. Ideally, they would be built upon system update, but I haven't
figured out a way to run `nix print-dev-env` in a nix build sandbox yet
(and hope, that it's not necessary anymore once, that functionality
moves to nixpkgs' `mkShell`).

This reduces the dependency on github somewhat.

The themes are no longer in unstable, but I believe they might get added
again.

flake's_ revision (or actually last-updated timestamp).
