That means, that the devshells are only build once and centrally
updated. Ideally, they would be built upon system update, but I haven't
figured out a way to run `nix print-dev-env` in a nix build sandbox yet
(and hope, that it's not necessary anymore once, that functionality
moves to nixpkgs' `mkShell`).

We would effectively need a separate partition without LUKS for that to
work. And because we are not working around Windows EFI, it's easier to
just make the real EFI partition bigger.

ideal.

From now on all modules should be added to the new `by-name` directory.
This should help remove the (superficial and utterly useless)
distinction between `home-manager` and `NixOS` modules.
