This change also ensures that this repo is reuse-3.0 compliant.

From now on all modules should be added to the new `by-name` directory.
This should help remove the (superficial and utterly useless)
distinction between `home-manager` and `NixOS` modules.

Having a read-only ISO (preferably tails) ready to test things is quite
cool, but actually setting this up requires an EFI partition that can
store the 1+ GB ISO. Thus, this change needs to be deferred until a disk
reinstall can be made.

The bootable option should already work.
