They got themselves removed from Mozilla's Add-on store. To update the
extensions, I know need to remove them temporarily until the situation
is resolved.

These are:
- grades (only last references)
- video_pause
- lf_rename

This includes getting all shellscripts to pass shellcheck. To accomplish
this, some old scripts were removed
|

I now use multiple firefox profiles, thus having this Add-on is utterly
useless.
